DR WARD CUP: Despite a spirited performance we went down to Seans last Wednesday once again by a narrow margin. Our game with Toome fell victim to the weather last Sunday. We play Emyvale at home this Sunday at 2.
GYM: The gym is available on designated nights for club members, minors can only attend with senior panel members.
TEXAS HOLDEM: This Sunday the 19th May, registration at 5, games start at 6, 30 euros buy in, 10 euros top ups for first hour. 2/3 pool paid out. Promoters Hibernian poker, food served, more information contact Lorraine 0877092937 or Pierce 0863498762.
NEW ARRIVAL: Congrats to Dermot and Catherina Mc Cooey and the birth of baby girl recently.

u-8 COACHING: Continues on Thursday nights from 7.0-8.0
u-8 Blitz: Next blitz is on 25th May.
U-6& Nursery: Continues on Fridays at 7.
u-12 SPRING LEAGUE: Pride of place this week is our u-12 team who produced an excellent team performance to defeat Emyvale in Cloghan. Well done to Pauric and John who have worked with this young squad over the last number of months.
u-14 league: We play Clones-Currin this Saturday at 12 in Oram.
FRIENDS OF ORAM: The scheme was an outstanding success last year, and already a large volume of people have already signed up. The monies raised goes towards the upkeep of our teams and playing pitch. All those who play or support our club are asked to join. As an incentive this year, club hoddies and jumpers are on offer exclusive to friends of Oram, the chance to enter a draw for the clubs All-Ireland tickets, the 10euros a month also covers players insurance fees for the year.
1963 REUNION: It is planned to mark the 50 year anniversary of the clubs 1963 junior winning team, the event is planned for September.
MINOR LEAGUE: We went down to Doohamlet last Tuesday night the league now takes a break until after the state exams, when we play Corduff in early July in a game which will decide the top four.
MAYOR OF ORAM: The following is the list of candidates which will run for election on the 18th May, Jim O'Neill, Jolene Murphy, Margaret Ward, Terry Carragher, Tara Lynch, Patricia Noakes, Nicole Dodds, Tom Carville, Rose Mc Bride, Rory King, Lorraine Adair, Leslie Hannna, and Hugh Francis Leonard. Tickets are priced at 10 euros,
u-16 LEAGUE: Despite a healthy half-time lead we went down by 1point to Inniskeen last Thursday night, we play Eire Og away tonight Thursday at 7.30.
SPEEDY RECOVERY: To Dominic Harris and Mary Nolan who are currently hospitalised we hope to see them up and about soon.
CONGRATS: To all those celebrated first Holy Communion in Oram last Sunday.

RECREATIONAL GAA: The club are running its inaugural over 35 tournament on a date to be confirmed in July, for the Eddie Mc Donald cup, four teams will play in the tournament which is sure to attract huge interest. Those eligible include all past players who are over 35 and players under 35 who have not played competitive football in three years. More details in the coming months.
