We had no winner of this week's jackpot, the four numbers picked were 3, 8, 9 and 13. Peadar Clinton, Sean Marron C/O McArdles, Ciara McEntee and Brendan McEnaney each win €50 from the Lucky Dip draw. County 

 

What can we say that hasn't been said already. The journey has ended for 2018 for both our minor and senior county teams but like Magheracloone's Championship run last year, it has given us many memorable days out and a thirst for more. To all our representatives, Damien, Jack, Ryan, Ronan, Ryan and Gavin, we are very proud of your achievements in the white and blue.

 

Seniors

 

Our Seniors are back in action on Sunday at 1pm away to Clontibret. Best of luck lads. 

 

U17's

 

The U17's play Rd 1 of the Division 2 League on Sunday morning at 11am away to Eire Óg.

 

Minors 

 

This Friday evening sees our Minors play Latton away in the quarter final of the Division 1 Championship. Make the journey down to Latton and come out and support the lads. Throw in 6:45pm.

 

U15's

 

Our U15's played Donaghmoyne in the League Cup semi final last Thursday and unfortunately it spelled the end of their season. Thank you to Declan, Raymond and Padraig for your efforts during the year. 

 

U13's

 

Our U13's played Drumhowan last Saturday in the League final and were defeated on a scoreline of 1-05 to 2-11. Hard luck to everybody involved. Thank you to the management team of Eamon, Gary, Damien and Tom for all their hard work and dedication over the year. 

 

U11's

 

Our U11's play Ballybay on Saturday in Ballybay at 12pm in the final game of the Liam Stirrat Development League. 

 

U9's

 

Training continues on Thursday evening at 7pm. The U9's have a Blitz on Saturday morning from 10am to 12pm in Aughnamullen. All players to be there for 9:45am.

 

U7's

 

Well done to all our U7's who played in the Blitz last Saturday morning. Training continues on Wednesday from 7pm to 8pm.

Ladies' Notes:

 

U14

Training continues as usual. We have our Championship Quarter final on Monday 27th August at home to neighbours Carrickmacross at 7pm.

 

U16

Hard luck to our U16's who were beaten by League toppers St Brigids in the semi-final of the League last Monday night in Ballybay. This was an outstanding all round team performance from our girls and they should be very proud of themselves. Full time score was 5-08 to 5-04.

 

Well done to Monaghan Ladies' team and management on maintaining their senior status by defeating neighbours Cavan on a scoreline of 2-15 to 0-15.
