The County final of the Acorn Life sponsored Scor a nOg took place in the Sean McDermotts Sports Complex in Threemilehouse on Thursday evening last where a large and enthusiastic audience was treated to a great night's entertainment.
Olivia Ní Chanain was a very capable Bean a Tí and kept things running smoothly throughout the course of the evening after Nicole Brannigan from the Rockcorry Club opened proceedings with Amhrán na bhFiann.

The Druim Thamhain Rince Foirne accepted The Peggy Mc Quaid Trophy on behalf of the Drumhowan club for the best Ceili Dancing. Una Sweeney from Gaeil Triúcha accepted The Club is Fear Shield on behalf of the Gaels.
The winners now go forward to represent Monaghan in the Ulster semi-final which takes place in Swatragh, County Derry on Sunday, December 10th.
