Dunboyne beat simonstown comfortably so it looks like a dunboyne-Ashbourne final again..

Looks like this game has been pulled for some reason. Anything to do with young Mick Deegan playing in Dublins AA semi final?

That's all it can be at this stage. The game was pulled by the CCCC citing the fact that it clashed with Adult fixtures this weekend. Dont think any player from either minor team has played with their seniors this year so dont know how they figure it will clash with senior fixtures. But then again is Conor Tormey not chairman of the CCCC?

If that's the case, that is very bad for underage football in Meath.

Can't have a situation where the chairman is using his position to put off a final for his club to allow a Dublin player to play his game. Are they the Meath or Dublin county board?

I see no Ashbourne Minor played for their Senior team yesterday so the game really was called off for Michael Deggan, a Dublin Minor.

Royler, you're missing the point. DA and the chairman of the CCCC got a game pulled because their senior team apparently had minors involved. Dunboyne were up to play as far as I know even though their minors did play later for senior while DA minor, who haven't played all year, didn't. But the real reason they got it pulled was because they were missing Deegan. Simple. But horrible from the county board.

great win for dunboyne, 2-10 to 8 points, it was a poor 1st half to watch but dunboyne showed their quality to pull away in the second.

Ratoath helping Dunboyne by wearing out Don/ash in drawn (after ET) championship game last Tue.

Dunboyne return favour to Ratoath by making sure Don/Ash have nothing left in legs for replay next Wed, Ratoath to win by a distance.
