It has mainly been dunboyne and ashbourne, with Ashbourne beating Dunboyne in the finals of the u14,u16 and u17 championship at this age. Should be another great battle between the two again this year

Meath underage football is poor, only 2 teams at this age group that have a chance of winning it.
In Kildare there are 5 or 6 great teams that will be competing against each other to win silverware!

Predictions for the first round?
OMahonys v Gaeil Colmcille
Dunboyne/Kilbride v Na Fianna
Donaghmore/Ashbourne v Simonstown Gaels
I reckon 3 home wins

I cant believe Curraha/Vincents haven't been mentioned yet. They are a quality team from Goal Keeper to Left Corner forward and have big men down the spine of there team from full back to full forward. I believe they had a very impressive win over Division 1 side Dunshauglin yesterday as well in a challenge game, although Walterstown will be no push overs next week.

Dunshaughlin are a poor division 2 team.
Ashbourne to sneak division 1
Division 2 is a toss up between Summerhill trim Skryne and Dunsany as outsiders
Division 3 St vincents or Clonard
Division 4 ST Cuthberts to walk it

minor league is hard to judge as you wouldnt know how teams will treat it . i fancy dunboyne for the championship tho if they can stay clear of injuries and get the likes of ste browne back playing

They have two Meath Minors in Brian Power and Eamon Wallace, and will depend heavily on these two
