Nobber got their championship aspirations back on track with this hard earned victory at a well appointed Moynalty on Sunday

Nobber settled and with Jamie Owens and Brian Farrell showing the way they combined to sent over 7 first half points 4 from Owens and 3 from Farrell

On the restart Owens was again off the mark firing over in the 31st minute what ensued was a enthralling encounter with scores coming on a regular basis with the sides drawing level 11points each by the 51st minute At this stage Nobbers greater resolve showed through and with 4 late points from Gavin Farrelly.subs Brian Meade.Brendan Heffernan and awell taken 45 from Alan Farrell they held out from a galant Cortown outfit who had reduced the deficit to 2 by the final whistle.

Make no mistake this game was not for the faint hearted but was played in a sporting manner all the way through.
