Duleek-Bellewstown recorded a fine victory against Blackhall Gaels in Duleek on Friday evening last.

Full forward Wayne Noone opened up the scoring after five minutes of play. Further points from Casey Dunne, Shane Crosby, Darren Mills and Conal McGinley left it five points apiece at the interval.

Conal McGinley opened up the scoring for D/B at the start of the second half. Mc Ginley stepped up and added two more scores in succession while corner forward Darren Mills also found the target. Mc Ginley added another fine point before Kieron Collins netted after twenty five minutes of play. Wayne Noone added another score well into injury time which meant that D/B came out convincing winners as the scores finished up D/B 1-11 to Blackhall Gaels 0-08.

Best for Duleek/Bellewstown were Kevin McCann, Jaime Flaherty, Cianan Byrne and Wayne Noone.
