Walterstown suffered their fourth league defeat of the season when they went down by the minimum to visiting Nobber. Walterstown opened the scoring with a point from Alban Crosbie. Nobber then equalised before Crosbie again but the home side ahead Nobber registered the next point before Richie Barry edged Walterstown in front from a free after a good run by Ruairi O'Dowd was halted with a foul. Nobber got the next two points of the match then Mark McCormack drew the sides level for the third time in the half. Nobber finished the half the stronger with the last four points of the half to lead by double scores at the half time break Nobber 0-08 Walterstown 0-04.
 
Walterstown first score of the second half was a goal after the Nobber goalkeeper was blocked down by Ruairi O'Dowd and he rolled it into an empty net to leave just one point in it. Nobber got the next point before Alban Crosbie responded for the home side Nobber scored the next point before Robbie McDonnell got his first point of the match. Nobber again got the gap out to two points before Mark McCormack punched over Nobber again stretched the lead to two points before the last score of the game went to Alban Crosbie from a free.
