Dunsany and Ballivor played out and entertaining draw in Dunganny on Tuesday evening.
Dunsnay got of to the perfect start with a goal from Kevin Lawlor in the opening minute. Ballivor came back and took the lead with a couple of points and a goal. Dunsany rallied from this setback and replied with points from Lawlor, James Hackett and Nathan Pleavin.
Ballivor retaliated with a goal to give them the lead at the break. The second half was a much more tighter affair with both teams give either the opportunity to get a substational lead. Lawlor again pointed in a tit for tat second period. Substitute Christopher Curtis pointed twice to give the Dunsany men the lead but Ballivor battled back to get a draw, which on reflection was the fair result.
Best for Dunsany were Nathan Pleavin, Kevin Lawlor, Jake Harlin, Andrew Keena and Dara Harlin.
