Na Fianna produced a stirring second half display and were unlucky to only get a draw against their Navan opponents in Baconstown on Tuesday evening.
O'Mahony's were the stronger team in the first half as they held a 0-9 to 1-03 lead. Eoin Reilly netted for Na Fianna with Barry Slevin amongst the point scorers.
The second half saw Na Fianna take control with Eoin Reilly in inspirational form from frees and play. The home sides defence was on top throughout with Daniel Gleeson marshaling the team from centre back. A last minute free from O Mahony's snatched a draw for the Brews Hill side and Na Fianna's first league point this year.
Eoin Reilly was outstanding for Na Fianna with Mark Burke, Davy Reilly, Shane Burke and Daniel Glesson also prominent.
