Dublin IT turned on the style to beat understrength Mayo by 5-17 to 0-14 in the Kehoe Cup at Ballymun.
The Connacht county were missing talismanic dual star Keith Higgins, who was in action elsewhere for John O'Mahony's footballers.
The free-flowing student combination took full advantage of the situation, with Brendan McInerney top-scoring on 1-7.
