Castlebar Mitchels players were forced to jump a wall to gain entry to the Tuam Stadium pitch for today's Connacht club SFC final against Corofin.

The gates were closed when they left their dressing-room - was it a case of them being too early or was there some gamesmanship involved? By the time the Corofin players emerged from their changing room, the gates had opened.

Tuam Stadium is effectively a second home for Corofin, who went on to beat their Mayo rivals after extra-time to retain the Shane McGettigan Cup.
