The late Mick Glennon There was a great sense of sadness and loss in the Shroid Slashers Club on the death of our long standing President, Mick Glennon. Mick began his association with the club as a player in the 1930s. He again became involved with the club when his sons, Micko and Eamon joined our ranks. Mick contributed to the club in many different ways. His advice and common sense approach were invaluable to the club. Aside from the football, Mick was a very interesting and knowledgeable man and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him. We extend our sympathy to his family. Ar dheis de ar a anam dhilis.
