Dromard senior club notes

Our players had a good share of possession with which they were able to get a good return of scores from. At half time Dromard had 1-13 on the board. The second half saw our opponents come into the game well and narrowing the margin. This weekend sees the departure of one of our senior players Donal Sheridan to Canada. Donal was on our last two championship winning teams and was also on 4 of the 5 in a row u21 championship winning teams. Donal always gave great commitment to all teams he was involved with down through the years and coupled with his abilities as a player he will be a big loss to our club. All at the club sincerely wish Donal the very best with this move and we hope that some day we may see him back wearing the blue and gold in the future.
We offer our congratulations to Padraic Jones on his recent promotion in the Garda Siochana.
