Just three clubs are left in the race for the 2010 Longford SFC.

Sean Hagan's Dromard are through to a fourth final in six seasons following last Sunday evening's 1-12 to 0-9 defeat of Abbeylara at Pearse Park. Dromard are now just an hour away from their first title since 2007.

In the second semi-final at the county grounds this Sunday evening (7.00pm), Mostrim are up against a Longford Slashers side that already beat them in the group stages.

Slashers have been impressive en route to the last four and are out to atone for their 2006 and 2008 county final defeats, while the Edgeworthstown men are seeking a first final appearance since 1992, when they ruled the roost.

The 2010 Connolly Cup decider will be played on Sunday September 26th. Tweet
