Hosts Limerick IT didn't have it all their own way against UUJ in Group D of the Fitzgibbon Cup today.

The sides finished level on 0-7 apiece at the end of the first-half but Davy Fitzgerald's charges pulled away on the restart.

Paul Killeen's 48th minute goal boosted them to a nine-point victory.
