Under-14 Feile na nGael

Pallaskenry…. 1-4 South Liberties…. 3-6

Minus a few of our regular players, we bowed out of the Féile last Saturday evening, March 13th, in Pallaskenry. South Liberties were first to get on the score sheet with a goal from a bobbling ball. We started to play better hurling after 10 minutes, scoring 3 points on the trot, two from Darren O'Connell and one from Jason Barry. Unfortunately for us, South Liberties got another goal just on the half-time mark, leaving the score 2-3 to 0-3.

The 2nd half started like the first as South Liberties put over a few points. We finally got going with Ross Mann scoring a goal and a point but it was not enough as South Liberties scored a 3rd goal to seal the game.

Jason Barry, Alan Ryan and our captain David Clarke had outstanding games.

Team: Lorcan O'Leary, Cian Moloney, Sean Holland, Cameron Fu-Lynch, David Clarke, Richard Downes, Harley Moloney, Jason Barry (Kilcornan), Alan Ryan (Kilcornan), Darren O'Connell, Ryan Kelly, Martin Neville, Eoin Sheehan, Karl Healy, Christopher Leahy. Subs: Ross Mann (Kilcornan), Gary Maher (Kilcornan), Dylan Corrigan (Kilcornan), Odhran Cuddihy.

Best of luck to David Clarke and Cian Moloney who have been selected for Under-14 Limerick Hurling trials.

Under-12 and Under-13 football training starts back on Friday evenings, 6pm to 7pm in Pallaskenry from March 19th.
