Limerick champions Na Piarsaigh have parted ways with senior team manager Paul Beary, according to a report from the Limerick Leader this afternoon.

Beary, who took over last March, guided the Limerick city club to its first ever back-to-back county title defence in October with a 2-22 to 3-10 victory over Doon at the Gaelic Grounds.

However, the Caherdavin men were dethroned of their Munster crown last month when they suffered a surprise final defeat to Ballygunner of Waterford.

Beary had previously worked as a selector under former Limerick manager TJ Ryan before taking over the club in the wake of their All-Ireland club SHC final defeat to Cuala (after a replay).
