Dromcollogher/ Broadford GAA Club Lotto Draw

 

Results of the 316th draw took place on Monday December 10th, in Corner House, Dromcollogher and the numbers drawn were: 2, 11, 22, 27 there was no winner of the jackpot at €2,600 and there also was no winner of match three and the two lucky dips of €50 each and they were: Jerome Scanlan, Dromcollogher and John Paul Lenihan, Broadford and the next draw is taking place on this coming Monday December 17th, in Begley’s Bar, Broadford and the Jackpot is going up to €2,700 and also there winner be extra prizes on next Monday night for our Christmas Draw and the match three is staying at €100.  Tickets are available from any committee member or any promoter at €2 each or 3 for €5.

 

AGM

 

The Annual General Meeting of Dromcollogher/ Broadford will take on this coming Sunday December 16th, in the GAA Clubhouse, Dromcollogher, at 6pn, all welcome to attend this very important meeting.

 

Liam McCarthy Cup Comes to the Parish

 
The Liam McCarthy Cup and members of the winning All Ireland hurling panel will visit the parish on tomorrow Thursday, December 13th. Everybody is welcome to come and join us in celebrating the achievements of our County Senior Hurling team. 
Between 7.00 and 8.30pm the cup and players will be in the Community Centre, Broadford to coincide with the presentation of trophies and medals to the Ladies Football Club and Coiste na nÓg. Afterwards they will travel to the Hall in Dromcollogher where members of the 1993 County Junior Hurling winning team will be honoured.

 

Dromcollogher/ Broadford GAA Race Night and Denis Law Noonan Memorial Match

 

The Denis Law Memorial Match will take place on Saturday December 29th, in Dromcollogher/ Broadford GAA Grounds, Dromcollogher, at a time to be announced and this will be proceed by The Annual Race Night which will also take place on Saturday December 29th, in Neenan’s Bar, Broadford, time to be confirmed, promoters and committee members will be going around collecting money for horses in both Dromcollogher and Broadford for a share for owners, trainers and jockeys is €20 each and also for all of above is €50 and we will be calling your door in next couple of days, notice for promoters and committee members the closing date for Adds and Horses on this coming Friday December 14th, so please support your local GAA Club.
