Final reminder that the Killeedy Club AGM is Saturday night 9th Dec @8pm

The New Stand very near to completion. Followers of the visiting Junior B teams were full of praise for the new stand.

 

Limerick TD and Minister of State for Finance and Public Expenditure Patrick O'Donovan at last Sundays All-Ireland Junior B Semi Final between Kilavullen (Cork) and Lady's Walk (Kerry) in Killeedy.

Limerick County Council funding:

Michael Collins gave his support for Killeedy GAA with contributions from Limerick County Council. Killeedy GAA were successful in getting financial support from Limerick County council toward the community walk around the club fields. Michael said on the high how, we would like to wish continued success to killeedy GAA in all of their future endeavours from the Village Inn Ashford where you get the best pint in a friendly family run pub...

Roll over draw:

Excitement now builds for the Roll over draw which will take place on 8th December. The 15 names will be put into the hat on Friday 8th in Village Inn during the 25 year celebration of the 1992 intermediate county champions team. The prize is 1000 euro. How were the 15 names selected: If you were picked for 6th, 7th or 8th prize in any of the five draws last weekend.

Garda Vetting:

All managers, coaches, volunteers who were vetted prior to 2013  (around 1st gorm agus ban camp) must re apply for vetting again. Aplications must be done online @gaa.ie

Health and Wellbeing Notes

Killeedy GAA Health and Wellbeing are on Facebook @killeedy gaa health and wellbeing and they are now Twitter KilleedygaaHWB.

Killeedy people were involved in Move & Lose for the past 6 weeks. A great way to get fit and lose weight.

Elaine Shea in Limerick Sports Partnership has agreed to do more exercise classes. Keep an eye on Facebook and Twitter for updates.

Killeedy GAA are hosting a 25yr Reunion of our 1992 County Intermediate Champions in The Village Inn, Ashford on Friday 8th December at 8pm.
