Former Leitrim footballer Fergal Clancy has left Dublin outfit Ballyboden St Enda's to return to his native club Glenfarne/Kiltyclogher.
Clancy spent the last two years lining out for Ballyboden, but has now given his old club a major boost by committing to them for the coming campaign.
Glenfarne/Kiltycloger have been through a tough time of late as they have suffered heavy defeats in the championship, while they also couldn't field a team at one stage.
The return of the talented forward is sure to reinvigorate the club as a whole, but it looks as if they still have work to do to compete at the business end of the championship.
Meanwhile, another Leitrim side has suffered a loss, as Mohill must plan without experienced midfielder Darren McLoughlin who has transferred to 2016 Cavan senior football champions Ramor United.
