Double award for Clare;

Congratulations to senior club player Clare Owens who has been selected as the Leitrim ladies County player of the year and Leitrim Ladies Senior Club player of the year. A fitting tribute to Clare's hard work, dedication and skilful football played over the years and in particular this year. Very well deserved Clare.

 

Mystery Tour;

Less than two weeks to go to the Mystery Tour. Tickets are almost sold out. Bus leaves The Dugout at 6:00pm Saturday 25th of November - contact any club player for more information and to purchase your ticket. This is anticipated to be a very entertaining night - one definetly not to be missed. 

Tickets are €15.00- strictly over 18s 

 

Wedding Bells;

Congratulations to past player Mary McBrien who married James Howard on Friday last in St.Josephs church Aughavas with the reception held in the kilmore hotel Cavan. A fantastic day and night was had by all. Best wishes for the future Mary and James.

 

St Josephs ladies GFC have been nominated for sports team of the year

This will be held in Lough Rynn on 24th November. Congratulations to all involved.

Aughavas GAA Fundraising Draw tickets are now for sale. €20 each or a book of three tickets for €50.  1st Prize is €3,000, 2nd Prize €1,000 and 5 Prizes of €100.
