Laois GAA is mourning the death of former county U21 hurler Anthony Moore.

A minute's silence was observed before the Leinster MHC first round game between Laois and Westmeath in Mullingar for the 23-year-old, whose funeral took place yesterday. Anthony was a member of the Laois U21 team in 2010 and was a star defender for his club Abbeyleix.
