Club Awards Night
Kildangan Nurney Ladies Football club had our presentation day in Kildangan Hall on Sunday 7th February. County Chairman Joe O'Donoghue was on hand to present medals to the winning Under14, Under 12 and Under 11 teams. Additionally, this year we had awards for Player of the year and Most improved player which went to Aoife O Fearghail and Úna Higgins respectively. In a short speech Joe O'Donoghue complimented the girls on their successful year and emphasized that the most important aspect of any sport is participation rather than winning.
Well done to the girls for their commitment and dedication, they did everyone proud and also, thanks to Joe O'Donoghue for making the long trip down from Johnstownbridge.

County Development Team
Kildangan Nurney have had four girls selected for the Kildare Under 14 team. Well done to Sinead Hagney, Grace Nealon, Orla Fahey and Caoimhe O Fearghail, who train with the squad every Saturday.

Adult Training
Ladies Adult training, for girls 15 and up takes place twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays, indoors in Nurney GAA at the moment. We would love to see more girls from Kildangan and Nurney getting involved with the club, it's a brilliant way to get fit.
