Cruciate curse strikes Leitrim AFLW recruit again

Aine Tighe's Aussie Rules dream is up in the air after she sustained a cruciate ligament injury in a pre-season game last weekend.
The Kiltubrid player suffered the injury in Fremantle's final pre-season AFLW match against 2019 Premier champions Adelaide Crows. It's a cruel blow for Tighe who was recruited by the Dockers last May after coming back from another cruciate ligament injury in 2018.
Sad news for our Irish recruit after scans confirmed an ACL injury to her left knee, which will see her miss the upcoming #AFLW season.
