Congratulations to Kildare U-18 camogie team which won the All-Ireland title last Saturday beating Armagh (2-11 to 2-09).Celbridge were well represented by Emma Barry, Kris Brady, Emer Reilly, Niamh Egan, Róisin Nolan, Chloe O'Donoghue, Chanice Corcoran and Shane Moore (selector). Best of luck to the Kildare senior hurlers who take on Wicklow in Arklow next Saturday @3pm in the quarter final of the Christy Ring cup. Best of luck also to the Kildare minor hurlers who welcome Kilkenny to St. Conleths Park on Saturday @2pm.

Well done to the senior footballers who beat Naas 1-09 to 0-08 in the first round of the football championship on Sunday, the draw for the second round will take place on Friday evening at the Kildare Open evening (see attached). They will play Sarsfields in the league next Sunday at home @2.30pm. Well done to the senior camogie team who have qualified for the league final following their 3-13 to 0-01 win over St. Laurences last night. They will play Johnstownbridge in the final on Saturday evening @6pm in Donore. The senior hurlers, who beat Ardclough last week 3-10 to 0-18, are away to Confey this evening @7.30pm. The senior B footballers who beat Sarsfields last night 3-13 to 1-10 are away to Castledermot next Monday @7.30pm. The Intermediate hurlers are at home to Kilcock on Thursday evening @7.30pm. The third team are away to Caragh next Monday evening @7.30pm. The U-14 footballers are at home to Maynooth on this Wednesday @7pm.
