Kerry chairman Patrick O'Sullivan is delighted that the Garvey's Supervalu are continuing to sponsor the County senior football championship.

Garvey's Supervalu took over from AIB as sponsors of the club championship and O'Sullivan admitted to the Kerryman that they were fortunate to find such a suitable sponsor during the current economic climate.

"When AIB stepped down as sponsors the Garvey family came up with the sponsorship and I'd like to thank them very much for it," said O'Sullivan at the launch of this year's senior football championship in Garvey's Supervalu, Rock Street, Tralee.

The draw for the first round of the county championship will take place this weekend. Tweet
