Two players picked up bad injuries in Sunday's Kerry SHC semi-final between Kilmoyley and Ballyduff.

Kilmoyley's county star Tom Murnane suffered broken ribs and a punctured lung at Abbeydorney and has been ruled out of his side's meeting with St Brendan's in the final on September 27th.

And David O'Grady of Ballyduff was left motionless on the pitch after a heavy 19th-minute collision with team-mate Daniel O'Carroll.

He regained consciousness at Kerry General Hospital on Sunday night and was released yesterday.
