Corofin manager Kevin O'Brien believes that Moorefield will pose a real threat to them in Saturday's All-Ireland club SFC semi-final.

The Galway and Connacht champions are 1/3 with the bookies to advance to the final, but O'Brien is not buying into such favouritism.

Moorefield's ability to finish games strong particularly the Leinster final when they trailed by six points entering injury time and came back to win by one has impressed the Corofin boss.

And O'Brien is in no doubt that his charges will have to play for the full 60-plus minutes if they are to book their place in Croke Park on St Patrick's Day.

"Moorefield deserve great credit for the way they pulled through the tight games in Kildare and Leinster. They are a good strong side and are well managed by Ross Glavin and Jack O'Connor, so they've plenty of depth both on and off the field," O'Brien told the Tuam Herald.

"Preparations have gone well for us since the Fulham Irish match and we're very much looking forward to it."
