Can Dublin Ladies appeal?

Whatever BS reason there is for not using Hawkeye today needs to be changed. That's the only thing that will come from this. It's tough on the Dublin girls. They score 1-7 and Cork score 1-7 but Cork get the Cup. It's tough but that's the nature of sport. It's also tough on Cork to a certain extent too as people will always question this win. Replay can't and won't happen because its a final , a trophy was presented on the day, and because the ladies game has a status higher than the Christy Ring Cup. Meath were forced into a replay in this years Christy Ring final for no other reason than the powers that be don't give 2 hoots about hurling at the lower levels. Meh. The "wide" happened in the first half. Dublin had well over a half an hour to go and win the match and they didn't. Cork dominated in the second half and took their chances much better.
