For the neutral this is the game of the weekend Imo , i was hoping it would be on setanta so when i got back from Newry i could have it recorded and watch it . But such is life. Very hard game to call.

No doubt about that. I'll be going tonight but not with any confidence of a win. Laois have been going well in recent games while we have been going in the opposite direction. Unless we see a Kildare team showing a bit of spirit which with the exception of a few players has been lacking throughout the league Kildare are destined for Division 3.

The atmosphere was excellent and its been a while since anyone celebrating so hard in beating Laois, so rarely do league matches offer such an atmosphere....Kildare showed they needed it more and showed bottle to win. Laois should have killed the game of course but thats Laois' fault not Kildares. Overall an enjoyable game and for the bottle shown Kildare deserved it.
