Who has been your countys top performer this year ?
Mine would be Donal Keogan , top cornerback , deserves at least an all-star nominee , unlucky to go out of the Laois game injured .....
Silly challenge from Ross Munnelly , definitaly broke some of his ribs .....

I would agree with you about Donal Keoghan! Some solid performances from someone who wouldn't of got a chance until lads got injured. Would also mention Biggy Reilly 20 points from play from a mid-fielder/wing forward is always good!

John Heslin, really doesn't need an explanation, and Paul Sharry. He was a Peter Harte style centre back and his direct running and foot passing were outstanding.

Ours changes every bloody week!
Overall I'd say Bolton. Badly deployed against Meath but never less than a 7/10 display, saved us against Limerick and for good measure he won the penalty against Galway that got us into the league final
Honourable mentions for Mick Foley, JD, Smith & Peter Kelly but they've all had off-days too. Bolton is the most consistent

Ian Ryan was masterful this year, really showed that he is up there with the very best forwards in the game. Stephen Kelly and Stephen Lucey were also outstanding.
In the hurling, I would say Graeme Mulcahy so far. He has elevated his gameplay this year and he is supremely dangerous. Honourable mentions to Niall Moran, Shane Dowling, Tom Condon and Donal O'Grady.

Cathal Cregg by a country mile. Would walk onto any team in the country, Dublin, Kerry, Cork, Donegal. Was the only good thing about us this year in the senior end.

Agree 100%. Cathal was superb if only the other players played with the same passion. At U-21 level Donal Smith was our top player and at Minor level Diarmuid Murtagh.

Also a mention to Mick Foley, playing out of his favored position and still playing great football!
