Orlaith who is this County of Tyronie you talk about? Happy St Patricks day to one and all .

Wishing you a rainbow
For sunlight after showers-
Miles and miles of Irish smiles
For golden happy hours-
Shamrocks at your doorway
For luck and laughter too,
And a host of friends that never ends
Each day your whole life through!

St Brendan's forever.

Beat Oisins in a few finals in my day.

Also used to play music for nearly a month during March in the old days.

enjoy yourself.

Pat were you at the 50th anniversary last year for St Brendan's, it was a good night. St Brendan's were the kings of Lancashire for while but not anymore. Good to see them on the way back though after a very lean spell. Oisin's are the boys to beat in Manchester at present but in Lancashire John Mitchell's, Liverpool are flying. I think the Oisin lads are up for it this year hopefully they can do the business. We will see.

The heads a bit fuzzy this morning, started with the full Irish breakfast down at St Kent's and then into town for the session. A great day, the pubs were rammed and all were in great form. You have to pay the price though............

I wrote an article about hurling in the 1970s and sent it to the son of an old team mate called Connolly.

But I never saw the book so I do not know if it was printed.
