I cannot believe the County board sent time debating the behaviour of the Armagh supporters in Cusack Park, I think one would have to admire the passion of the Armagh fans compared to the Westmeath fans. I noticed a delegate from the Kinnegad club had a lot to say on the issue, I am a long time following Westmeath footballers and I can honestly say I have never came across this individual at any Westmeath matches and I would have my doubts if he was in attendance at that match unless he was a steward. In my opinion they might have been better off discussing why so many Westmeath supporters stayed at home. One of the reasons might have been lack of belief in the management, when you consider talented players like Shane Dempsey, John Connellan, Paul Greville and Dennis Glennon were not part of the team for whatever reason. If we had one of those on the field for the last twenty minutes we would have been celebrating a victory. Now that Tom Cribbin has gone it is important that no member of his management team be involved in the new setup. And for godsake stop making a show of ourselves complaining about the Armagh supporters.

Are there that few Westmeath fans at matches that you're able to pinpoint who was/wasn't there?
