the last two weeks we encountered massive problems with the season ticket, in Westmeath they were unable to take the crowd while in Thurles they had no scanner and had to write down all the details manually until the one pencil in Thurles broke and we were all scuppered and had to wait 15mins for a new pencil!!!!!!!!
