Is there a chance that the match could be switched to Saturday night to facilitate Sky?

If and I say if both Galway and Mayo meet its the first match in years I will actually watch with enthusiasm out West. For a while there I thought Mayo were going to do a Dublin and blitz everyone for foreseeable future.

Mayo have had some very close games in connacht last few years its nothing in comparison to the Dubs in Leinster.

Galway beat them last year. The year before they got within four points and were well in the game until a howler by the keeper. The year before that they were lucky to escape the hyde with a one point win

Dublin in our run have equally had close games which people forget , my point being I expected Mayo to win those games regardless of how they did it , now I'd be a lot less certain and even less likely to part with money

I doubt it. Salthill does not have floodlights.

5:00pm Sat would effect crowds with people working on a sat. Also RTE have rights for the game and a slot assigned for it on the Sunday Game. No way it changes in my opinion.
