Exactly. Not knocking the Viking Tours, they're doing well, trying to expand outside Ireland and it looks a bit of craic. But the GAA is part of our culture and some foreign visitors that follow other sports would probably be bemused by rival supporters side by side at the game and afterwards.

25 euro is a lot cheaper than cultural events around Europe, costs more than that to go to a bullfight in Spain.
if they have come over here and paid massive amounts in hotels that week and are willing to pay 5-6 euro on a pint of alcohol then 25 euro isn't going to stop them from going to croke park it's just there's the parade they go for and stand there for three hours and are then just looking to relax probably, the price isn't what holds back tourists it's the fact they are here for a week or so and see the parade as their touristy thing for st Patrick's day.if the games were on the day after st Patrick's day you would probably get more of them interested in going I would reckon but I wouldn't be happy id they decided to be fixing gaa games to suit tourists as we already have the sham of Saturday nights game being played in a stadium that sells out a month in advance when there's a stadium down the road in the same county that can hold nearly 50 thousand but will lie idle and debt people going all to suit television
