Hoping for a few teams to make the breakthrough in the football. It was good to see Tipp having a great 2016 although I don't see them replicating that in 2017. The draw has been kind to Monaghan and I think their more than capable of winning Ulster, Donegal are on a downward curve and not sure Tyrone have what it takes to push on.

I'm hoping my own county Galway will win promotion to Div 1 and win a championship game in Croke Park and that the likes of Cork & Meath can rejuvenate themselves, Cork appear to have a lot of good players but always have done and like Galway have really under achieved in recent year. As for Meath it make a few years longer as they've not had the underage success the likes of Cork & Galway have had.

Hard to see a new team push through. Mayo will do well to stay in contention. Meath may do something with new management.

Disagree, look at Tipp in this years championship. This so called top 6 won't last much longer.

I agree with you, while the winner of the the All Ireland will most likely be (1) Dublin (2) Mayo (3) Kerry or (4) Tyrone. I could seen none of them winning their respective province. Now before everyone says I am mad to even think Dublin could lose to any team in Leinster relax, I think the there is a lot of mileage on the clock for some of Dublin`s star men and possibly a little bit of complacency could creep into them for the Leinster Championship. But that will only happen once and from a Dublin perspective it would be better for that to happen in Leinster than in a quarter / semi final. Remember the rain of every good team comes to an end. There is 11 managers mulling over the two All Ireland finals clinically looking for flaws in the Dublin system or how to implement it to perfection and someone of them will succeed soon. Tipperary, Clare, Cork, Galway, Roscommon, Cavan, Derry, Donegal, Kildare, Westmeath & Meath I would guess will have a realistic chance of lifting silverware in July and for the promotion of the game I do hope its 4 from this list that do lift the Munster Senior Football Cup, J. J. Nestor Cup, The Anglo Celt Cup and the Delaney Cup.
