wow , that's a depressing article. I'm not sure it's quite as bad as the writer makes out but there is some truth there. the talented playmaker is a dying breed , certainly at county level.

A good skillfull player, but no more than that really, he could kick a fine point alright when he was on form, lucky to retire with 2 Ulsters, he can thank Donegal underperforming for that more than anything great Monaghan did though.
I think Monaghan are gone now and I won't miss them to be honest, never liked their style of play.
