Replying To wexico15:  "Looking on from the outside this seems to have hit the nail on the head, the style wasn't good too watch for neturals but what is more damning is that I don't think it suited the players in the clare team ye have brilliant forwards, winning in 2013 was a great achievement no all ireland is lucky there all hard earned but only beating Laois, offaly and limerick in 3 championship campaigns is unforgivable with the talent at your disposal.

Who you reckon will get the job?"
I think it is a coin toss between Daly and Maloney/O Connor.

The fact that Daly asked not to be considered for the Limerick role a few weeks ago might be telling if he knew something we didnt know.

Daly has often said he believes he has unfinished business with Clare.

I personally however, would like to see Anthony Cunningham given the role. I really believe he was shafted in Galway (this season proves that) and is a fantastic manager.

It will be Daly, or the U-21 managers but very likely to be Daly.
