The neutrals vote is 19 - 9 to the Dubs at the moment. Llaw_Gyffes (Mayo) - Posts: 1113 - 16/09/2016 13:27:48 1915082 Link 0 |
One of my friends in Kerry is wont to say " you'd bate Mayo with cap down over your eyes" Kerry v Tipperary ? Kerry by 11 pts. Tipperary v Galway ? Tipperary by 8pts , Galway v Mayo ? Galway by 3pts Logical conclusion,my friend from Kerry has more than a point. 37sowhat (Sligo) - Posts: 752 - 16/09/2016 13:42:53 1915090 Link 0 |

Joe Kernan is right Mayo are like Armagh but I fear more like the Armagh of 1977 then Dublin beat Kerry in semifinal classic Armagh came in under radar and wham bang thank you Mam Joe had his medal to throw at the wall in 2002 yes we all want a Mayo win but there is only so much Our Lady of Knock can do! 37sowhat (Sligo) - Posts: 752 - 16/09/2016 14:18:41 1915111 Link 0 |
Going by your logic how come Mayo beat Tipperary by five points? The fact that Mayo have a poor record against Kerry ( apart from Tyrone and Dublin who has ) means zilch on Sunday. Dublin are favourites and rightly so but what they say or don't say in Sligo or Kerry has no relevance regarding the outcome.

There would still be a six point deficit ?! I hope Mayo win but they don't seem to have brought anything new to the table for me same old same and Sam will go to his town hose perms residence in the shadow of the Reeks Mc Gillicuddy that is!!

Ha! Our Lady of Knock is just "not bothered". Maybe she's still annoyed at Mayos funeral faux pas in 1951.

Dubs looking more shaky with each match. Too many top players off form. Mayo in right place coming in from the dark. 4 weeks prep is usually not a positive but is for this mayo team who know where they have to be to get the job done.
