Waterford should have won that but they blew it, they had the chances to be 5 or 6 points up before Kilkenny got the goal. Nothing between the sides and you opt to go defensive thereby inviting KK to come at you? Foolish. Especially when Waterford were doing so well as it was. If it ain't broken don't fix it! Waterford left it behind them and they know it. Refusing to push up in the last few minutes, inviting Kilkenny onto them, mindlessly pucking the ball into empty spaces just to get it out rather than remaining composed and continuing to press. In the last few minutes they just abandoned everything that had put them in a winning position. It was absolute lunacy and has cost them a place in the final. Come the All-Ireland final, the tickets are allocated all around the country. Kilkenny normally only get an allocation of less the 10K. They then have to do some 'horse trading' with some other counties, say Kerry, Mayo or Dublin; give us some/all of your hurling tickets and we'll give you our football tickets. Just shows defensive game doesn't win a tight match. Waterford hurled this away and Kilkenny don't give you a second chance. Unlucky Waterford you should be in an all Ireland final now.
