Cavan v Tyrone

Tomorrow will be wet. Virtually none of the people at the game will be under a covered stand.

Wouldn't it be nice if the GAA had a few stadiums - maybe 1 per province - that was built for Irish weather.

You're barking up the wrong tree, you are nothing more that a GAA Fan, and the GAA apparently only build Stadiums that cater for everything but the good aul GAA fan.

When you see how much work is carried out on Breffni park, and yet the only managed to put a porch of roof on the main stand. There should definitely be moves made to put a bit more roofing on grounds, at least at the sides of the pitchs.

Best thing goin into this game tomorrow for Tyrone was Galways win today. Hopefully it will see the lads well focused on the task at hand and if so I think they should be able to get the win. Cavan will take heart from the Galway win and should be a good game tomorrow and they will off course fancy their chances also. I'm gonna say Tyrone by 3/4 points.

This game could be a draw. I think that Cavan really are that good and there will be nothing in it at the end.

Conditions look brutal. Hopefully it doesn't affect a potetially great game too much

Very intense match so far. Both teams mirroring each other. Cavan have been very impressive so far

That ball was behind the line 100% should of been a Cavan goal.

Cavan should be further ahead here, some awful wides and Tyrone don't look impressive today.

Cavan structurally have looked the better side so far in this game, forcing Tyrone to play through a formidable defence and play a more scrappy game. But the points tally so far ( 40 minutes in), show Tyrone have been far superior in taking points (Tyrone 0-10 v 2-03 Cavan).

At this rate I think Tyrone will address issues in front of goal, and probably run out fairly comfortable winners. Pitty though, as Cavan have shown glimpses of them being an formidable outfit.

Two self inflicted points conceded by Cavan poor decision making killing them , one point in it think Tyrone will edge this but could still go either way

Cavan players still going into contact and losing every time , just will not play it wide , one against three rarely wins , still only one in it .

Well played Cavan - never gave up.
More than deserved a replay.

How in the name of christ has not one pundit pointed out that its a square ball for that cavan third goal?!?! He moves away from the goals and is still in the square when he touches the ball.

Replying To jimbodub:  "Cavan will need to have learned a thing or two from the Div 2 final..

They just walked right into Tyrones game plan, Like a fly into a big fat aul spiders web.. Tyrone were allowed to do what Tyrone like to do..

If they get themselves more tactically astute, examine the tapes because it was clear to see.. then I think they have a good chance of troubling Tyrone

But lessons need to have been learned... we'll soon see if the Cavan management are any use..."
Cavan certainly learned a lot from their last game against Tyrone!!

Great effort to not give up after Tyrone got on top in the last 10 minutes

Tyrone conceding 3 goals... not very good at all, but they still probably should have won that game...
