Big win for Roscommon yesterday, a 20 point win over Monaghan, impressive. In fairness, Roscommon finished the league with a perfect record, 4 points ahead of Monaghan, so they're deserving champs. I'd imagine they'll meet Donegal in the relegation/promotion playoff, should Wicklow beat Donegal next week. In fairness, this is the 2nd year in a row that Donegal have finished with 0 points in 2b, it would be disappointing if Roscommon didn't manage to win promotion. Especially as when it comes to the championship, Roscommon are playing in a higher tier than half the teams in the league division above them.

One thing, does anyone know if Tyrone and Warwickshire need to play a relegation play off, or do Warwickshire get relegated automatically from 3a? I don't see it scheduled.

I don't know the story there either. I heard the winner of yesterday's 3B final would be playing Tyrone for promotion but how could that be???

You're right, Tyrone and Fermanagh appear to be scheduled to play a promotion/relegation playoff in 2 weeks. I've seen it on the fixtures page here, and on the GAA website. How can that be? Tyrone finished on 4 points with 2 wins, Warwickshire finished last with no points.
I've looked back at last years league, Louth and Fermanagh finished 5th and 6th respectively, but Fermanagh got relegated automatically, there was no relegation play-off. And Warwickshire got promoted without facing Fermanagh in a relegation/promotion play-off. The same thing happen to Longford in 2014, I think. So whats going on this year? Are they trying to reduce the number of teams in 3A to five? If that is the case, that's super unfair on Tyrone, and there should be an outcry. Very confusing.

Looks like they want 5 teams each in Division 3A & 3B. Tyrone should be too strong for Fermanagh. The funny thing is that Roscommon (3A winners) only beat Warwickshire by a point this year.

Laois came back into some form against Wexford. While Kerry have had a decent league and year to date, things can quickly change. Westmeath lie in wait for the loser of the 1B relegation final. Carlow and Westmeath lie in wait for Kerry in the Qualifier group. What has started out as a decent year for Kerry could quickly turn into a return to both 2A and the Ring Championship.
