League continues to throw up some great results and scores, didn't see that coming v waterford. arock (Dublin) - Posts: 4897 - 13/03/2016 17:04:11 1834166 Link 0 |
Just in from work so will have to catch up on todays games later on.Great win for Dublin, though, and Galway and Tipp serve up another cracker.I will comment on last nights El Classico though ; what a tremendous game down by the Lee.A great evenings entertainment.Huge credit must go to Cork.Like many others i feared a bit of a trimming from cats. After seeing Cork perform well below par in their first three games i couldn't see where the improvement would come to beat Kilkenny.Hands up,i was wrong. That was the reaction all Cork hurling people were waiting for. From the throw-in Cork pulled hard and let everyone know they meant business. cuederocket (Dublin) - Posts: 5084 - 13/03/2016 19:12:56 1834276 Link 0 |
The last 3 runners up in the all Ireland Cork 2014 Tipp 2014 and Galway 2015 fighting for their top flight status. Gonna b a great last day. Had a feeling Tipp would b in the relegation mix and pretty easy to see why. Can't finish a tight game, too many scoring chances missed. Think Galway will beat Waterford so Tipp have to beat Cork. Does it come down to scoring difference? WildPundit (Tipperary) - Posts: 1709 - 13/03/2016 19:30:22 1834291 Link 0 |
Yes wildpundit,im nearly sure it does.Think Tipp are seven points ahead of Galway so everything up for grabs. cuederocket (Dublin) - Posts: 5084 - 13/03/2016 19:40:11 1834303 Link 0 |
Yes cuedrocket, We are feeling a bit better after last night but ultimately it was a disappointing night as we were beaten. Hopefully we can maintain the improvement but Tipp away with Tipp needing the win is a daunting prospect. corkcelt (Cork) - Posts: 4388 - 13/03/2016 19:42:28 1834307 Link 0 |
A lot of super hurling in the TV matches over the past few weeks. Great finishes with today's match between Tipp and Galway was a cracker with Joe's sideline ball just glorious. Last night was also great hurling with Cork very unlucky not to pull through. Last weeks mammoth point for Waterford with the last puck- great finishes. A few more to go yet in a very interesting league. carlowman (Carlow) - Posts: 1821 - 13/03/2016 20:14:31 1834323 Link 0 |

Great weekend for the boys in blue! Great win in Waterford for the lads. Condorman (Dublin) - Posts: 983 - 14/03/2016 11:35:19 1834550 Link 0 |
Apart from mayb 1B, the other divisions will all go down to the wire next weekend. Westmeath & Roscommon are the only unbeaten teams in the land. keeper7 (Longford) - Posts: 4088 - 14/03/2016 17:51:53 1834804 Link 0 |
Didn't expect Wicklow to beat Mayo, that one surprised me. If I'm right (I could be wrong, the NHL can be confusing), the only straight relegation that can happen in the last round, is in the game between Derry and Kildare, that'll be interesting. Yeah Marlon I think that is the case re Carlow and us. I believe we're out of contention completely now. bumpernut (Antrim) - Posts: 1852 - 15/03/2016 10:34:11 1834987 Link 0 |
