@S Goldrick - I meant Divison 4 hurling! Don't take life too seriously. Reformation (Cavan) - Posts: 356 - 10/03/2016 11:27:57 1833200 Link 0 |
Ok let me be quite clear, I have made my position on mick o'dowd very clear on any page I have been on, I believe his position is untenable. However as a Meath supporter through and through I will be.going to navan tomorrow and cheering on the team and hoping they win . royaldunne (Meath) - Posts: 19449 - 12/03/2016 11:51:44 1833825 Link 0 |
No true supporter would ever want to see their county lose RD, I'm at a loss to understand the mindset of these people. brendtheredhand (Tyrone) - Posts: 10897 - 12/03/2016 12:44:33 1833840 Link 0 |
Agree with you RD here,under no circumstances would I ever want Meath beat,regardless of who the manager is or what the setup is like.I will be there tomorrow,but sadly I can't see us winning.. ziggy32001 (Meath) - Posts: 8354 - 12/03/2016 13:01:23 1833847 Link 0 |
Brend and ziggy that is what surprised me, I know some of these people all my life, now ok one of them has stopped going to games due to his opposition to management but still I cant understand it . royaldunne (Meath) - Posts: 19449 - 12/03/2016 14:19:05 1833865 Link 0 |
Kind of expected from Meath today.Alot of huff and puff from Meath,but tactically outplayed.Tyrone won while playing in second gear.Some odd decisions from management again today,but thats expected too.. ziggy32001 (Meath) - Posts: 8354 - 13/03/2016 16:48:37 1834141 Link 0 |
Sounds like a crazy game in Portlaoise. Laois scoring 1-22 so obviously are very capable in attack but 5-10 conceded?? Hard to know what to expect when they visit Breffni in 2 weeks GallantJohnJoe (Cavan) - Posts: 329 - 13/03/2016 16:55:13 1834148 Link 0 |
Ziggy until we get Andy mc in we going nowhere. My number one fear is that damage will be so bad we will not redeem ourselves. royaldunne (Meath) - Posts: 19449 - 13/03/2016 16:56:17 1834153 Link 0 |

Imo the cb are in no position to argue, they are the ones who let this farce continue this year when everyone knew it shouldn't have. royaldunne (Meath) - Posts: 19449 - 13/03/2016 17:30:04 1834192 Link 0 |

I'd like to see Andy McEntee get the job as well but I'd caution that we're in such a bad state that it may not make a huge difference. Also the County Board are the ones who whisked MOD back into the job and shut down any talk of a vote so they're just as responsible and must go also of MOD goes, they're credibility is shot. Laois and Derry must have very mixed feelings. Laois score 1-22 but let 5 goals in. Also well done to Armagh for bouncing back. crikey (Australia) - Posts: 355 - 13/03/2016 18:01:52 1834234 Link 0 |
must have been a breath of fresh air that Laois/Derry game. ziggy32001 (Meath) - Posts: 8354 - 13/03/2016 18:26:38 1834248 Link 0 |

Htaem I tried to say that on Meath forum but it was not allowed. The CB must resign too, they have no credibility and have proven they not up to the job, a extraordinary general meeting is what is required for the immediate removal of all members of CB and mod. Enough is enough. royaldunne (Meath) - Posts: 19449 - 13/03/2016 18:53:20 1834264 Link 0 |
