Finbarrs team sheet at all ages growing up was filled with guys who had nicknames
trollier would be one of the tamest of them, I'm not going to name any of the selection I know for safety reasons these guys certainly would leave the notorious in the halfpenny place.

Monaghan is a notourious Co for nicknames.

A few famous ones; Eugene "Nudie" Hughes; Kieran (RIP) & Paul Finlay = "Jap"

One of my favs from the 00's........one of our good tough defenders = "Strimmer"

1957 Louth winning manager of Jim Sogger Quigley. He would put some Wee County steel in to that team.
