Cross are on their own level. The rest of the clubs should nearly amalgamate into 3 divisional clubs.

Feeder clubs? I don't think there were any players playing yesterday that haven't played underage for the club the whole way up more or less bar John Murtagh who's family have been associated with the club for years.

Armagh football isn't as bad as it looks to be fair, Cross win it every year but there squad is unreal and would go into any other championship and would win it to, they don't win many leagues but they just love championship, my club is senior and its more or less play for second place and its not much fun but they are the best club team ever so cant take it away from them

Ballincollig beat Nemo Rangers yesterday to reach their first county final ever. Delighted for them and delighted that Nemo are out. Ballincollig have a huge pick and are flying underage. Patrick Kelly and John Miskella lead them but they loads of good youngfellas like Cian Dorgan, John Kelly, Cian O'Sullivan, Geroge Durant (sound like he should be playing for Glasgow Rangers) etc I hope they win the final.

In the other semi final, Bishopstown are leading Carbery Rangers (who also never reached a county final before) by a point but in truth are well on top. Jamie O Sullivan gets a black card which followed on from a yellow that he received earlier meaning he gets a red. What followed was the biggest capitulation I have ever seen. Carbery Rangers get the next 10 scores (all point from play) in about 15 minutes. Ken O'Halloran foot must be numb from kicking out the ball (though following the Munster final-the practice may make him better!) and Carbery Rgs cruise to victory.

Ballincollig v Carbery Rgs in the final. Both have never won or lost a county senior final before. Both will have a new experience.

Anyone else love to see a club reach or win a county final for the first time in ages? Mullinalaghta were in their first Longford final since 1952 on Sunday.

All Ireland hurling finalists (2013) Mount Leinster Rangers were beaten in Carlow on Sunday by Naomh Eoin Myshall in the SHC semi final. St Mullins beat Erins Own in the other semi.

In the football Old Leighlin play Rathvilly in the final

In the Monaghan final on Sunday Clontibret edged out Scotstown 1-10 to 1-9 after a strong finish, after being 5 points down at half time. Some redemption after their heavy final defeat to Scotstown last year.

Once again in a county final it was the Conor McManus show, he finished with 1-6. One of the points he scored was ridiculous, out near the sideline on the 13m line. Worth a look on the tg4 player from last nights gaa highlights.

OLLIE how did the 2013 Leinster IFC winners Geraldines get on in the senior ranks this season? Also what your call on the county inter final? Plunketts, Pats and now Fechins to make it a treble for the Saints?

Dr Crokes and Killarney Legion are in the club final. If Shannon Rangers or Mid Kerry win the County Championship, as divisional clubs cannot enter the Munster Championship, the club final winner will represent Kerry.

legendzxix, would Austin Stacks go strong to win the county and maybe Munster?

In Tipp, we're finally down to 16 in the hurling! The big story is the two favourites - Drom and Thurles Sars play on Sunday in what a lot of people are describing as the county final but there's a lot of hurling to be played yet IMO.

As far as I no the football is put on hold until the hurling is over (or the dual clubs are knocked out at least) which means we'll have no representative in the Munster championship.

Same old same old up here, St Galls v Cargin in football final.

Antrim Championship is as predictable as Armagh's

Is this 100% certain?

Cooper would surely be back for the All-Ireland semis and finals if Dr Crokes were to reach them.

Whats odds a Crokes v Cross final with Crokes already having been knocked out and Cross having to outcome an over 50s team of denim wearing pallet dealers?

It's Kingscourt v Cavan Gaels In Breffni Park on Sunday.
Gaels would be strong favourites having won alot of their games well while Kingscourt have won most by a single point I think. nevertheless the last time the 2 sides met in the final in 2010 Kingscourt won. Since the new millenium Gaels have won 8 titles.

@ Toney

The Gers started off their campaign with a heavy defeat to the Marys. They beat Kilkerely in a winner take it all clash by a goal to reach the last 8. They scored 2-13 against the Blues but it was not enough as they lost out by a three points.

The Inter final is on this weekend. The Feckins are just slight favs. The O Mahoneys had three games against the Joes in the semies. Both of these teams would of been expected in the shake up in the business end of things. Im going with the Feckins. The Plunketts full name is Oliver Plunketts so it wont be a three in a row for the Saints.

By the way did you get your name from the Wolfe Tones?

The Final here had a good finish to it , outrageous stuff from Conor McManus, worth the entrance fee alone

@ Joe_Bloggs - I just went to the second quarter-final both days, listened to the others on the car radio on the way in. Stacks were impressive but West Kerry weren't much of a threat on the day. Noticeable Stacks are top of division 1 of the league and will take on Crokes in the league final. Stacks are favourites but Dingle came through a hard fought game where they remarkably won by a point with a goal from the last play. There shooting was wayward though but they might get through.

@ besidetheditch - it's what would happen but I think the Dingle - Stacks semi-final winner will win. Neither divisional club can be ruled out. Shannon Rangers caused a shock on Saturday beating South Kerry.

There is St Oliver Plunkett. His head is in St Peters church in Drogheda on the main St. But the gaa club is called Oliver Plunketts. They are two miles from the church.
