heard of a lad being called "midweek" ... when i enquired why he awas called this i was told it was because one night after a training session the manager was orgainising the next training session and said it would prob be midweek. the guy turns round and asks , is that the day after tuesday ???!!

Was playing a championship match at centre forward and the opposing wing backs had the nicknames rashers and sausages they we're 2 fliers and then they had the big man in full forward and they calles him pudding. Wing backs were brothers and pudding was a cousin!
