Only one I'd completely disagree with is Murphy, Top class keeper but not at his bes this year and missed too much to deserve an all star. I wouldnt be sure he will be nominated for an All Star.

Can we replace the Sunday Game pundits with Hogan Stand pundits?

Hurling people on this board talk far more sense and are more entertaining than those we see on screen :-)

No matter who picks a team, some of them can't differentiate between 'Best Ever', 'My Favourite' and 'Best This Year'. They are not interchangeable!

Great idea by HS to do this. It will be interesting to see how this team compares with the All-Stars team.

Sure Brian Lohan won all-star full back in 95 from one display against Limerick.
I know Murphy had a shortened season he was still quality and that should be acknowledged.

Pretty fair and pretty close to the real all stars I reckon

I had Matthew O'Hanlon at No. 6 with Ronan Maher at 4 instead of Barrett but I wouldn't argue with the selected 15. Can't see why some people have a problem with Eoin Murphy. Maybe he wasn't as spectacular as other years but for me he was still the best, even in a year when we had several very good goalkeepers.

While not exactly the team I picked, and granted Eoin Murphy wasnt as good as previous years, it wouldnt be a surprise if the All star team is the same.
